⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1000/10 Experience! Javier replaced my computer quickly, meticulously, and with the utmost professionalism , and the best part is this all happened TODAY within just less than 4 hours! From the very first phone call to meeting him in person, his customer service was absolutely superb. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and efficient. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled at what they do, but also genuinely cares about their customers. Nobody likes being without their primary device, and when my laptop went out of warranty, I knew going directly through the manufacturer would mean paying the infamous “Apple tax.” I wasn’t ready to upgrade because this machine has served me extremely well. I reached out to Xavier, and from the very beginning he was transparent about pricing, informative, and never pushy. He quickly ordered the necessary part, and within the same week my computer was back up and running. The repair itself was completed the very same day, and the communication throughout the entire process was truly chef’s kiss clear, timely, and reassuring. The only thing worth noting is that there is a service fee when paying with a credit card. I’m not sure if this applies to debit cards as well, but I do wish I had known that ahead of time because I would have paid cash. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Xavier to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and high-quality computer repair. I never write reviews, but in the case, Xavier was so incredibly helpful I want to share the experience.  I spilled coffee on my laptop and it stopped working.  I called numerous places and no one could help.  Xavier said he could do a diagnosis for a very reasonable price and made himself available immediately.  He immediately assessed the damage, removed the hard drive and installed it in a new computer so I could have access to everything that day.  He was professional, responsive, reasonably priced and went above and beyond helping me select a new compueter at best by and then set it up with the old hard drive so the transition was seamless.  He is also going to try to fix the old computer.  His responsiveness and availability minimized what otherwise would've been an enormously stressful and time consuming process.  Highly recommend him!
