Unfortunately my hdd was beyond repair and couldn't be saved. But the service and the patience they had with me really was priceless. Xavier tried tried several times which is something i appreciate cause other places might just give up on the first try and Francisco explained the status patiently through my many calls. I thought I lost all of my Data, but they found a way to get everything back. One day i woke up to see my Macbook Pro 13-inch, 2020 stuck on a loading screen that would get stuck at the 40 percent mark. The situation got worse when it began bootlooping. I went to the Apple store and they told me their was nothing they could do. After trying to find local technicians around my area, I came across Compustand Inc. I crossed my fingers because this was my last resort, I told Javier about the situation and he told me that he would look in to it.
